I've done many mortgages and refi's over many years, and without a doubt Luke Baker has been my favorite person to work with... which is why I'm now on my 3rd mortgage with him. Why: 1. provides outstanding and prompt communication, 2. works hard to find the best rates (and even went lower when the markets shifted even though the application was already in process, 3. integrity (if he says he's going to do something, he does it). Luke's a joy to work with, and we strongly recommend him.
