Extremely unprofessional & disorganised. Having over 10 years in the industry in fine dining- corporate & events I would never work for them again. If you question anything then they withhold pay making feeble excuse. This isn't hospitality it's hostility. Quite atrocious behaviour not only by the staff but by the owner- she shouldn't be in the industry.
