Worst experience ever, quoted $650 was charged $95...

Worst experience ever, quoted $650 was charged $950 and Truck still has check engine light on and problem still isn't fixed! This is after I was told Truck was fixed and got dropped off to pick up, then get told they don't have part needed and I'd have to come back next day. Never offered a car to use, just had to find a ride.
