I had my first experience at this venue and I must say, I was very impressed with the building. There was plenty of parking within walking distance and lots of concession areas to go to once inside. My only issue is they need to train the ushers better on the location of seats and sections! We had some confusion finding our seats and asked an usher standing nearby (we showed her our tickets) and she walked us over to what we thought were our seats (we showed up to the venue very early before the main act came on so it wasn't even crowded and she could clearly see the sections and seats). An hour into the main acts performance, a couple walks over to us and tells us that we are in their seats. Of course me and my friend thought they were wrong and my friend pulled out her phone to show the couple our tickets and seats to prove them wrong but the person next to us informed us we were not in the correct area. So of course we had to make way through a crowd of disgruntled people in the dark and interrupt their experience and ours to find the right seats which mind you, there were no ushers conveniently standing by to even ask where the hell we should be sitting at. It was pretty frustrating and embarrassing considering we asked an usher for help early on. Needless to say, make sure your seats are correct and don't rely on the usher to tell you they are.
