It might not be as central but does offer some nice views of the Thames as well as being able to watch the frequent landings and takeoffs of the executive helicopters from the heliport literally next door. Glazed windows keep the noise to a minimum, but is certainly dramatic when these large bus sized things zoom past your table at high speed. They do special deals now and then for afternoon tea which can be a bargain when you can get a booking. It's an oriental themed hotel, so they also have a wide selection of really nice loose leaf teas.
