Our compressor MXY4G33VA2R1 compressor was done in just 1.5 years. Talk about Mitsubishi Electric Quality that I have heard so much about their reliability. Not sure why the pc board + fan motor was down and in just a matter of one week latter the power board is down. All 3 replaced which cost so much! And can customer service be more sure that there is one month warranty for replaced parts! It's very confusing for customers not knowing what is the actual terms. Do be clear also that only the compressor part (not the whole compressor) is 5 years warranty.

To be fair the agent's repair folks are nice and did their best to ensure system is working well.

The products And features are still great , it's actually a very nice air con system, but the longevity and QC of the products really need to be looked into. Am surprised I am not alone here having issues with this particular compressor.
