On my first day of training they left me alone after only being trained for maybe 10 minutes. I was falling behind very badly and asked for help from a higher up and she was not helpful at all. I was to the point where I was almost in tears and visibly stressed out and overwhelmed. And to top it all of they have no ac and barely any fans, you can t expect people to deal with those conditions. I would never recommend the job to anyone. If you re only going to pay people $11 to $12 an hour at least make sure they re in a COMFORTABLE work environment and are properly trained. No wonder their turn over rate is as high as it is!
