Review of Svea Ekonomi AB

Warning of this bogus.

Warning of this bogus.
After received an offer from Golf Star on the free 12-month installment of my membership (Jan-Dec) then sent a wrong bill from Svea Ekonomi out the entire amount in October (2017), something that would be paid on the last day of each month f rom January.
An email sent out from Golf Star in November that it improperly passed a bill from the Svea economy. In January, I get then a new invoice from the Svea economy, which will charge me a set-up fee, administration fee and an interest rate of about 24% of the invoice amount. When I call a caseworker about this I just get told that I have failed to pay the original bill and that it then goes into a payment plan with interest, and that nothing can be done. With the purchase, I approved a due date, the last day of each month starting from Jan, still got this - where they entirely on his own dictates and changing conditions without requiring that you as a consumer should approve these changes.
Golf Star, which the purchase occurred in and where I accepted the terms and that also sent out an email that wrongly invoiced gone out from the Svea Inkasso too early could do nothing. They refer to Svea, who is threatening debt collection.
In December 2018, it is now time for the membership with the same offer, which I am now prepared - the problem is that a new installment account with additional arrangement fees appeared. So now I get duplicate invoices each month, double-billing charges and interest. Of course, paid the amount in full and I are now in the run up notification of fraud which I hope konsumentverket backs me up with. For even dialogue with a lawyer to possibly take this on.
One can have different opinions about the credit business, how they make money on the interest rate, etc. (which is something I am at a purchase agree) - but that Svea Ekonomi is doing is criminal, then those without approval forcing people into debt traps.
