The service in the emergency room was the worst experience. And after being admitted to the 4th floor the services is something you expect in the third world country. I file complaints and so far I hear "the I am sorry " but nothing changes. I push the nurse calling light and the average response is about 20 plus minutes. I hear noises outside and everyone ignores the light at one time I had to disconnect one of my heart monitor in order to activate an alarm. This morning I had to call the emergency room in order to call the 4th floor. Their lock of team works is terrible. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Btw saying sorry doesn't fix isuues, actions do. I was promised a reclining chair yesterday by the patients advocate and head nurse and no chair yet. Lay in in bed for almost two weeks doesn't help in the recovery. The last 2 staying in this hospital I come out worst than I came in.
