They play it dirty, take young technicians and after 6 months they dump them. Young people do not get a chance for job security. Social benefits for the company to exploit cheap forces.

This is so NOT TRUE , I am a senior technician there and no technicians have left the company in the last 5 years. I have seen the group of technicians grow from 4 till 18.
So please keep your shit-talk to yourself.
