Worst company ever!!! I bought a craftsman riding lawn mower in 2016 with a 5 year warranty. Tha steering went out and the so called technician can't seem to fix the problem after 3 attempts. Ive had my last 3 appointments no show after taking off work all 3 days because they give you an appointment time of 8am to 5pm. After calling customer service I find out the technician is refusing to come out. Sears doesn't want to honor the 5 year warranty. Evert time I call they give me the run arround by transferring me to different departments. This has become a HUGe Headache!! No one is giving me any answers as to why they will not come out and fix my mower. Now Sears want to cancel my warranty. This is the WORST customer service EVER! ALL I need is my mower fixed!
