Took my car in for a warranty repair and was told they would be replacing the entire top. When I picked it up 4 days later they LIED to me and told me the top was replaced and when I asked for it in writing they said they couldn t do that and told me the top wasn t replaced it only needed a Liner. Come to find out my car was driven to a shop on Mound Rd to do the repairs without my knowledge and when I got it back there were foot prints and metal shavings all over the inside. Make sure and get any service repair in writing before the job is started and ask if the vehicle will be repaired there or taken to some other shop that s not a GM dealership. GM customer service is garbage and I will never purchase another GM vehicle again. As to the reply from the dealership There was never a offer from the dealership to do anything detail or otherwise. GM offered me a voucher to use on there site or there store and I declined.
