They don't notify you if their system is not communicating with the monitoring centre. I was billed 2 years of unmonitored service. Once I realized there was an issue with the system a technician came and fixed the problem. I held back on the next payment. They told me my service would be suspended due to lack of payment. They wouldn't offer any refunds for not monitoring my system. What a lousy security company!
