If I knew I was going to have to pay for an untoasted bagel, I would have stayed home,where the bagels are toasted like they should be. I don't understand how a bagel shop can call themselves a bagel shop and NOT TOAST THEIR BAGELS!!!Also, I think their coffee tastes like dirt.
