Our experience with SmoothRed has been absolutely exceptional. We are planning a trip to France - our first time there - and they've assembled the perfect itinerary. We provided input on our interests (for a large group of 12 travelers), and SmoothRed matched them perfectly with an amazing vacation - three cities, nice diversity of sites and activities, all planned out in detail. Due to COVID-19 unfortunately we requested that we delay the timing of our trip, and SmoothRed was super accommodating to our needs and helped us reschedule the trip. They put our health and safety first. Their team has been fantastic to work with - responsive, creative, kind, and thoughtful. Our experience has been 5-star already, and we haven't even yet had the opportunity to enjoy the vacation! We are looking forward to it with great anticipation.
