I have just one simple question: at which location is the ophthalmologist Mrs. Muradin. Tomorrow morning.
I call ophthalmology for more than half an hour. I have to keep practicing patience and keep my patient card handy. Then I call the general number. The operator does not even know at which location Mrs. Muradin works or whether she works at all there. I am connected with an assistant.
St. ANtonius is not even able to do that. If the simplest things are not in order, then how can we
have faith in the medical treatment of such a hospital.
