Don't hand over your coats

Will start with the positive, the food and ambiance was great but service terrible. They took our coats which we assumed would be put in a cloakroom, however when it was time to leave no one could find them. Waited for about 20 minutes while they searched for our coats only to discover they'd dumped them within the dining area next to people eating. Staff barely apologised. Many other peoples' coats left lying in odd places in the restaurant where anyone could take them.
