I thought our salesman was great! He did not put any pressure on us to buy and wanted to make sure we were completely happy and comfortable with our choice. As for the service and parts departments - I have a different experience.
Service: I have always made my appointments for an oil change online. I was told that I can not do that and all oil changes need to go through the express service. Then why have the option to make an appointment for an oil change on your website? Take it off if that is not the case.
Parts: There was a recall with my vehicle, so I had to wait for a part to come in and was told it would be a week or so and they'd call when the part arrived. It was going on two weeks and I had not heard anything, so I gave them a call. The part was in and had been there for several days and I never got an answer as to why I was not notified. Another experience I had with parts is I ordered touch-up paint for my vehicle and was told it takes about a week and someone would call when it was in. Again, two weeks went by and nothing. I called and was told it takes about 3 weeks and they never call because they have about 300 parts that come in daily. I had to continue calling each week to see if my order was in. I have no problem doing so, but when I am told various things from employees, I don't know who to believe. If the expectation is for the customer to call if a part is being ordered, then let the customer know that. Both instances I was told I would receive a call when the part and the paint was in, but clearly that was not the case.
