I did my Pilates teacher training with Body Control within the last year. There are many providers out there who are certainly cheaper but quality was important to me and that is what I got. I did many supported hours with BCP instructors and fellow teachers before starting my own classes and this left me feeling so much more confident in my own practice. Body Control Pilates is run both professionally and smoothly. I don't live local to their London studio but when I have visited, I have been made to feel welcome and treated respectfully. Their calendar for continued professional development is vast and covers many areas so you can continue to upskill and maintain the high standard Body Control, quite rightly, expect. More courses north of the border please. :)
