Great experience. They were true professionals that took me through the experience with ease. I shopped three other stores prior to this. I had horrible experiences and mediocre ones. Once I came here, it became clear how subpar my previous experiences were.

Kathleen was fantastic. I needed guidance and help to pick the perfect engagement ring. She was a true professional. Something I noted out of the gate is that she didn t ask how much I wanted to spend until the later stages. Everywhere else I went, that was their first question and they immediately put me in a box. Also everywhere else focused on the diamond itself immediately. Kathleen took me through the process of picking the perfect setting first then backed into the perfect diamond within my price range. It was what the experience should be - effortless, exciting, and memorable.
