I did the Christmas shopping there (I live in Segovia) and for the hodgepodge of people who had served me very well (on the third floor of books). Above all there were some boys in black (which I think were not fnac) who were very nice to my family and helped us locate us and then offered us a gift boxes that were later the most useful gift. I left happy and that I almost ran out of Christmas pay.
