Staff is earnest, but not the place to bring your high-end bike. I brought my racing bike in for a cleaning and lubrication of the chain. They didn't have bar tape to replace the wrapping on the handlebars. The bike came back with the grime "powerwashed" off, but the frame was covered with grease marks. They caught some loose spokes, which was great.
This is more the place to buy your electronic bike or get it worked on.. not your usual LBS (local bike shop.) Best to head down to Conrads in Tudor City if you are looking for an LBS in Midtown East
