My first time attendance to a wedding reception at the Belle Mead Country Club was amazing. The wedding family, the wedding planner and the club's event group put together the most fun and relaxed event while being maticulousely planned, well timed and effecient we have seen. Everything on the buffet was cooked perfectly and kept fresh, changing out every 10 to 15 minutes or so. The main 2' high cake with white icing on white cake was awesome, but very slightly surpassed (in my taste buds, but others would probably argue) by the secondary chocolate on chocolate with a large strawberry.
