We took out cat there one year ago, they diagnosed our cat with kidney failure and anemia, the word the vet used was that it was hopeless. We were due to go on holiday and I briefly spoke to the vet whilst travelling back from London he suggested having her put to sleep. I said I would talk to him in 20 minutes as I could then talk more freely, he agreed. I repeatedly rang and left messages for him to return my call, days passed, we went on holiday and had someone look after out cat. The vet rang whilst I was on holiday, perhaps a week later and left a message. I decided not to call back as I did not want to go through this whole process again. This review is not meant to be spiteful or even malicious but to warn others that we did our own research and changed our cats diet, she responded extremely well. One year on she has put her weight back on and now a healthy glow, she is happy and fit once again, she could have been put down a year ago.
