I have been working in Capgemini India Pvt Ltd, Pune. We got opportunity from company for training at IKSC Knowledge Bridge on Product Design. First day I have undergone a Psychometric test that highlighted my strength and weaknesses. In IKSC I developed expertise on 2D drafting and 3D modeling and Fundamental of CAE and software like Hypermesh, Optistruct, Radioss, etc. Along with this I also learned Six sigma, Value Engineering in order to become better problem solver. Working on Projects help me understand how does working happens in an Engineering company. Personally I feel this is best institutes for Fresher as well as working employees who are serious about their career. I had great time in IKSC institute and I am very confident that this knowledge & skills will help me to progress my career. I found many positive changes in me. IKSC is the institute where efforts are made to identify the gaps and fill them from Industry point of view. I found that Mr. Atul Patil sir is the best problem solver, during training he helped me by all possible way to develop my fundamental of engineering as well as software. I recommend this for all aspiring engineering students.
