I ordered one of their personalized planners onlin...

I ordered one of their personalized planners online. When I received the item, the planner sleeve itself was pretty... That being said, it's contents were disappointing. The tabs were worn and had bends in them and there were formatting issues with the planner pages and dates themselves.
Now, what really made me come and write this review is that I have emailed them twice to see what resolution they might provide and they haven't responded to either of my emails. Both emails got an auto response saying that they would respond in less than 48 hours. I waited that allotted time and didn't get an email so I send another - same thing, no response. What a waste of $200 - I will probably eventually pay for different inserts from another company and never use this one again. The main problem is if you have an issue, they don't care to help resolve it - even if it is their problem to begin with. I have attached photos showing that when a month ends at the beginning of another, they have their dates printed incorrectly (all was included in the email). I am extremely disappointed that 1. I wasted $200 on this when I could have paid much less for an error free and customer service driven company - I would have returned it had A. It not been customized (the leather binding) B. I had already written in the planner by the time I found the formatting issue. 2. No one has responded to my emails about the issue. That is a good sum of money that I spend and I would expect that they would want to reconcile their mistake. Go to Kate Spade or Smythson on Bond Street if you want quality items for that cost.
