My experience with Audi Plano and specifically Kim...

My experience with Audi Plano and specifically Kim Thomas was exceptional. My wife and I took a tour of their lot on a Sunday to look at models and to get an idea of pricing. I wasn't sure that I wanted to purchase an Audi, so I didn't want to use a salesperson's time if I wasn't serious about buying. But once I looked at the Q7 and the Q5, I knew that one of them was going to be my new car. Upon arriving at Audi Plano on Monday afternoon and entered their temporary sales office, I introduced myself to the receptionist and told her I was there to buy a vehicle and wanted to talk to the best salesman in the office. That's when Kim Thomas stood up and asked how he could help me. I knew from his confidence and the vocality of his voice, he was the salesman that I could work with. Kim was working with another couple, but was able to get me in a Q5 to test drive and then the Q7. After about one hour of driving the two vehicles I told Kim that the Q7 was the one I wanted. Not really sure that he felt in his heart that I was serious because he asked what model I wanted? I told him that the one I took the test drive in was the one. Kim asked, "you don't want to look at any of the others on the lot?" No I said, that's the one I want. I'm still not sure he thought I was serious.

Kim was professional, not pushy, explained the features on the Q7 and how they worked, setup my smart phone to synch with the car, walked all around the car and explained how the backup camera display worked. "Trust the camera, he kept telling me." After 3 weeks I'm finally trusting the camera.

Kim took me over to the Service Area and introduced me to Scottie Fagan, Service Advisor and we talked about regular scheduled maintenance needed and made sure that I was comfortable with their process.

Would I recommend Kim to my friends and business associates to purchase a car? Absolutely.
