I have a medical EMERGENCY and called the office...

I have a medical EMERGENCY and called the office FIRST thing this morning needing to come in and see my OBGYN. Obviously not wanting to go to the hospital (due to covid). The receptionist said she ll make a note for the nurse and mark it as URGENT (her words). I called them 3 times today wondering why the nurse never called me. It is now 2:30 pm and the office is CLOSED and unable to get in to see my doctor who I NEEDED to see and I now have to go the whole entire weekend in pelvic PAIN because they have NO SENSE of URGENCY!! I m so beyond mad right now I can t!!!!! Thanks for caring so much about your patients (she says sarcastically)!!!!
