Kathryn Scarborough was appointed to sell my family's West Lake home and represent me as a first time home buyer to help find me my first home. Being only 24 and being a first time home buyer I really trusted Kathryn but she was egregiously neglectful, lazy and really affected my life. I felt very rushed by her, I felt like Kathryn did not guide me or give me professional advice like a licensed real estate agent should with a client. I felt very alone and I felt like a bother to her because I was not a million dollar client. Kathryn Scarborough was NO help when it came to representing me as a buyer and helping me buy a home. Long story short I lost everything to my name including the new home I purchased 23 DAYS later after moving in due to the floods that took place in October 2015 and I've been struggling ever since. Kathryn Scarborough dropped the ball as a professional licensed real estate agent especially being "elite top 25". I lost over 250,000 thousand dollars due to Kathyrn's failure as a professional licensed real estate agent. Kathryn did not have my best interest as her client and she flat out didn't care.
