While the outside of the buildings looks nice, the insides are another story. The bathroom on our floor was out of toilet paper for at least a day and a half and now, the toilets won't flush. There are no signs whatsoever to get to the sky lobby so poor visitors always get lost.
The two positive things about this place are the friendly, helpful security guards in the lobby, the valet folks and the abundance of parking spaces.
