Actually, this place is ..OK...quick to tack on late charges....at least the old manager 'kelly'was 'Petty that way,she had,has,NO HEART,NO COMPASSION,Human Understanding .....I do believe management has changed,and is way Better now....I WILL UPDATE this is my update...it is better now with better management This pierce property is on the ball, if there's something that needs fixed,its fixed...and they screen who is going to rent from them, and thats real good....nothing worse than living next to BAD NEIGHBORS
