I ordered an item from Fruugo and as the 1st addr...

I ordered an item from Fruugo and as the 1st address line in the box couldn't take enough characters I had to put our home Locktin code in as the first line of the address ,followed by our full address and telephone number. I received three sales e-mails before eventually ,many hours later,getting an order confirmation which didn't fill me with confidence.
Four days later I received an e-mail informing me that my order had been cancelled as they were unable to deliver to a secure lock-box and that I should have provided an address! Firstly, i had given our full address and a contact phone number and secondly I'd love to know how they deliver goods to people who actually go out to work and need drop box services.
I can only assume that the whole operation is automated and it's a case of 'computer says no'. I sourced the same item elsewhere and got an immediate confirmation and the delivery will be in less time than it took for Fruugo to decide they didn't want my business. I won't be using them again.
