Rate Genuis was super easy to use. Got an approval and all my paperwork done in as little as two days (after the weekend of course I applied in a Saturday.) My advisor was great. They also have a company phone which was super convenient because I could text my advisor at my leisure which was extremely convenient and made me feel like I was simply talking to a friend. Best of all I am saving money on interest on my loan with my new lower rate. Would recommend for anyone looking to refinance their car loan.
