Bright and early appointment start at 7AM to solve...

Bright and early appointment start at 7AM to solve what was wrong with our air conditioner unit. Our technician Steve did a quick job surveying all portions of our system and diagnosing the problem. Every step of the way he explained what was wrong with what specific part giving us options on fixing them, the general price and more.

He ended up having to rewire our thermostat that wasn't working properly signaling to the main unit, replaced a capacitor(which he had to go out to get from a warehouse since our system used a specific type he didn't have on hand), install a trap drain and safety switch(old house with old system).

After everything was fixed he made sure to test the system with us to make sure everything worked and then gave us payment options and left at around 1PM. Full thing took 5-6 hours, while the price seemed expensive the guy knew his stuff, fixed it quickly, and spent a lot of time working on it to get it work. Overall good experience with this company.
