I am really impressed with Velosure. I unfortunately needed to claim as my grandson had his bike stolen. I cannot thank Caroline enough for all her help, she dealt with the claim really quickly and she dealt with the claim right the way through and kept me informed. I recommend Velosure to anyone with a decent bike as nothing is safe.
