If I could give you a 0 I would. Not only misdiagnosed my sons medical condition at birth completely missing it, you put the wrong MONTH he was born now I can t even go to Topeka until you fix it so I can have his original! Will be coming in soon to see someone I want all his medical records and for you to FIX his BIRTH CERTIFICATE SMH! Never will take my children here again !
