Service America installed a brand new, top of the ...

Service America installed a brand new, top of the line Trane a/c unit about 6 months ago and it worked great. This new a/c stopped working on Sun, Aug 13 (house at 96 degrees Sunday night). OK - things happen. The tech who came out Tues, Aug 15 informed us that we needed a new fan motor (house now at 98 degrees). OK - things happen. We were given an appointment for Thur, Aug 17 to replace the motor with a new one (house hit 101) . OK - things happen. We received a call Wed, Aug 16 that the part had not gotten there yet, so they would re-schedule for Friday, Aug 18 (house at 98). OK - things happen. Friday, at 4:05 pm I called SA and was told that the tech was leaving Davie and heading to my Cooper City location. I called back almost an hour later, after no one showed, to hear that the appointment had been canceled, with no reason given. NOT OK!! My husband also received a voicemail at 4:58 pm on the same day, that the part had come in defective and the next available appointment was on Thurs, AUGUST 24 - NOT OK!! When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that all of them leave at 5, but one would be available on Saturday, Aug 19 at 8 AM and that notes would be left of this person. After I called SA Sat (no supervisor called me), I was told there was nothing he could do because the parts dept was closed til Monday. I called Monday, Aug 21 and spoke with a supervisor (Linda) who didn't really seem to care much about our situation. I asked her if they could just pick up the fan motor from the LOCAL Trane supply facility , but she said she didn't know about the parts department - NOT OK. I called back several hours later and spoke with another supervisor (Marilyn) who was the only one who seemed to concerned about our now 9 days with no a/c in S. FL, but.... still no air. I tried calling AGAIN today, Tues, Aug 22, but, after waiting 15 min before customer service (NOT) answered, being disconnected and waiting another 20 minutes again, it was now after 5 PM and all supervisors had left - NOT OK. The person who answered the call this time assured me that she would send all of this info to the president of the company. After the lack of customer service, we truly doubt we'll hear from anyone. Meanwhile, day 10 NO AIR NOT OK!!
