I used the Carmel App to reserve a ride for my family from Newark to Manhattan after a flight from LA.
The service was great!
Amazing car exactly as reserved. It was very easy to meet the driver through the application, pay through the app including tolls & tips at a fair price known from the reservation time. Could not ask for a better service.

but.. I don't know if I'll use it because I do not travel much :-)
