When i first called the service department to talk to them about my check engine light, I was told it would be a week before they could schedule a date for me to take my car back to get checked.After talking to Ulises and explaining the problem, he suggested I take my car in Friday night and they could TRY to get to it first thing Saturday, I do understand I'm not the only one who needs car service so I knew they probably wouldn't get to fix it at the snap of my fingers. I appreciated his assistance and willingness to work with me on getting my car in their hands as soon as possible instead of telling me to come back a week later. My car was checked out and worked on and i was able to pick it up Saturday evening.
