Our room is pretty nice. The staff was very unfriendly. The morning we were to check out we had to get up really early to get our bags ready to go to the airport. When I called the front desk to request a luggage cart the receptionist asked us to come get it in the lobby. Our room was pretty nice. The staff was very unfriendly.

The morning we were to check out we had to get up really early to get our bags ready to go to the airport. When I called the front desk to request a luggage cart the receptionist asked us to come get it in the lobby.

This is a first at a 4 star hotel for us. The valet is also very slow. They have 1 person working. If you get in late you have to call the hotel for assistance. Very inconvenient parking and if the front desk only has one person they will not assist customers by leaving post.
