Review of USHMM

Wow.

Wow.

I have never walked out of a museum being viscerally impacted like I did with this museum. Before we went into the museum itself, we listened to a talk given by a survivor.

I hate to get political, but when I visited, Trump was in the midst of his political campaign and I saw eerie parallels to that and some of the smaller events highlighted in the museum.

If you want to learn something and also FEEL something, this is the museum for you. It can get very intense. Not graphically, there are warning signs for some of those bits, but the atmosphere and some of the real life exhibits like the shoes and an actual train cart used to transport the Jews to the camps.
