Arrived to get my VIN number authenticated for out...

Arrived to get my VIN number authenticated for out of state paperwork and essentially was blown off because I requested to have it put on letterhead as required by law. I can t believe no one could have done this. I was told to come back between 9-5 and a person was available but I explained that I work during this time.
