I would like to start off by saying thank you to the staff of Sotto Mare who made the other evening one of the best dinning experiences I have ever had in my life. My cheeks were hurting when I left from how much I smiled and laughed during the entire meal. I had no idea what I was walking into - literally dragged by a friend that said we just had to eat here. I didn't check any reviews and had no idea what they even served. But I'll tell you what, when ever I visit San Fran going forward I will always have dinner here guaranteed.
