if I could give a zero I would. drivers are great call center is what's horrible. theee have no idea of customer service they might as well shut down for a few months and retrain all their call taking staff. none talk like a professional person. they never take ownership. and you never get the same story twice.their app quotes 9 min waits and that is never the app just throws numbers at the customer according to the call center staff. then they ask ignorant questions like well do you still need the cab? why would I be asking where my cab is if I didn't need it. it is really sad because you hear the deivers say all the time they don't know I just got the call
