They get one star from me, trying to reach a live person to get help in placing an order or help finding the right part is virtually impossible, you would think that they wanted to make money and have more customer service reps to take more calls so they could make more money from selling their parts.. Bummer today I was looking for a list of front end parts to replace all the front end parts on my Classic but no real people to talk to.. What a loss, JEG'S got me taken care of with a full parts list and price to match and I didn't have to look threw millions of pages trying to get the parts I needed..
