I had come in with a broken screen and the receptionist said that they were able to fix it. The first red flag went up when they had me sign a waiver saying as soon as they open the phone any insurance on it is void. I told them fix it anyway thinking it might just be my own nerves. When I come back to pick it up they had me wait 30 minutes saying that they were finishing it up . Then the manager comes out. He tells me that while trying to replace my phone they had broken the home button. They offered to remburse me the money for a new phone but kept my old phone. Maybe it s just me being over protective of my information but them keeping it still makes me very nervous. During this whole thing they also required all of my passwords as well. Including the passcode for the phone and to my Apple ID. Over all the place is very sketchy and I would never trust them with another piece of technology ever.
