The tour kicks off with some old static scenes and models before you sit through two films/multimedia presentations and are allowed to wander the corridors of the packing area. The history of Cadbury's (and chocolate in general) was interesting but there was very little in this section to entertain our 4-year old.

The best part of the visit was the 4D cinema which was great for our child but the hour-long queue to see it wasn't so great. The kids play area was fun though (so I'm told!) and there was a magic show and no shortage of food/drink vending.

Don't go with high expectations of seeing umpa loompas or anything of the production line in the factory (it's not a factory tour) and you'll find an hour or two of entertainment and sweet, sweet chocolate.
