UPDATE: Incase anyone is wondering whether they do anything about these complaints, I can assure you they do not! We received one phone call months ago claiming they were looking into the noise issue and that was the last we heard from anyone. The noise continues ALL day & nonstop through the night. As I write this, there is a party/band practice happening downstairs that started last night and picked back up at 8am. Absolutely the worst living experience possible. Thanks Peak.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the most unresponsive, unprofessional property rental organization I have ever dealt with in Chicago. Maintenance requests take weeks to respond to, but most offensively, they do nothing about addressing issues with tenants who are using the space for studio recording sessions/band practices at all hours of the day and in the middle of the night. The noise is unbearable and has gone unaddressed for months. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, you will save yourself a nightmare of a living environment.
