I am with WebMaazix Solutions Private Limited for last couple of months and as per my observations:
1. Working Environment is very healthy and employee friendly.
2. Flexible working hours.
3. Ample opportunities to learn and grow, You get your own space to explore and execute things.
4. Transparent salary structure, no hidden component.
5. People talk about employees being fired. However, my observation says that only non performers have been eliminated after giving them a fair chances and ample amount of time to improve and perform.
