The elevator has been broken for days huge inconvenience for top floor residents especially during the holiday they ve made no effort to contact me back or fix it how can someone have company or how can i possibly walk up that many stairs it s like they don t even care they never answer the phone even in an emergency like this i could be stuck in my apartment if i was injured or handicap . i don t recommend they don t check out that things are working properly
